  The China Light Industry Excellent Design Award is approved and evaluated by the China Light Industry Federation. It is established in accordance with the spirit of "Made in China 2025" and the "Several Guiding Opinions on Promoting Industrial Design Development" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Joint Industry [2010] No. 390) jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and 11 other departments. The award is the result of preliminary evaluation by the China Light Industry Excellent Design Award Professional Group and review by the China Light Industry Excellent Design Award Committee. Aikesike's award will inspire the industry's enthusiasm and initiative for innovative design, promote the development of the bicycle design industry, and accelerate the pace of industry transformation and upgrading.

  Nowadays, urban transportation systems are increasingly congested, and people are enthusiastic about green transportation. Cycling is the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly mode of transportation for clean, healthy, and happy green travel. To better respond to the national call for "energy conservation, environmental protection, and green travel," under the leadership of General Manager Wang Runtong, Aikesike established a scientific research and innovation team, recruiting several senior experts in the industry. Through independent research and development and continuous innovation, the first chainless public bicycle was successfully launched in 2013. The chainless transmission city public bicycle adopts a closed double-arm shaft transmission system and an internal gear. During riding, mud and other foreign objects will not enter, eliminating chain dropping and breakage problems. It features anti-theft shaped parts, an all-aluminum body, airless tires, a speed-changing device with three selectable gears, a freely adjustable seat, a rotating bell on the handlebar, and convenient operation. The bicycle is safe, convenient, stable, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. It has four main characteristics: 1. Maintenance-free; 2. Comfortable; 3. Anti-theft; 4. Safe. As a component of urban transportation, it alleviates road traffic pressure, provides a convenient green travel method, improves physical fitness, reduces the occurrence of urban diseases, and reduces air and noise pollution, meeting people's short-distance travel needs.

  Since its establishment, Aikesike has invested heavily in independent product research and development and supporting upgrades each year, vigorously cultivating outstanding scientific research personnel. In just a few years, it has held more than 10 independent patents, fully meeting the needs of overseas and domestic market customers. Through independent research and development, it has created four series of Maruishi products adapted to the domestic market (city light vehicles, mountain bikes, folding bikes, and road bikes). This award is another symbol of Aikesike's high recognition. General Manager Wang Runtong stated that this will encourage us to strive for higher goals. This also marks Aikesike's successful transformation from an OEM factory to an ODM integrating independent research and development, production, sales, and service, laying a solid foundation for its global strategic layout.
